Open Question: um...me and my life?? what's going on?
SORRY ABOUT ALL THE RAMBLING I JUST NEEDED SOMEONE'S INSIGHT INTO A SHORTENED VERSION OF MY LIFE ps im a 16yr old girl that might help...ok, well, i have a lot of feelings going on inside of me right now...i've had these for a while, and i just...need someone's opinion i think? i just can't make sense of what's happening to me...it's like (and excuse the bad english, but it's hard for me to explain) um well like i feel all these things, like really deep, like im living in the wrong time and place, my life is unfulfilling, i know what i need, i dont get the point of existence, i dont see any point in me existing, im just taking each day as it comes but its not what i want my life to BE; that doesnt really explain it but im trying to do a shortened version!! and like im helping my best friend with her problems, and there are lots, like actual situations which in turn are making her feel bad internally, and stuff like that, and thats taking its toll too. i really love her but its kinda getting to me. and then ive got all my stuff as well, but i think well hers is really important and mine is not, like i am the most unimportant person ever, what do i bring to this world?? all i do is make everything worse for everyone...well theres a lot of negative feelings that i have, i think you get the jist of it, if i wrote them all down it would use up the internet :P but i feel so...hopeless, worthless (but then again sometimes i think you know, life isnt actually that bad, etc, im just being stupid, im fine; other times i feel bad again) and i just think that theres no hope for me and my life will never be what i want it to be, and you might be thinking well shes selfish noone has a perfect life shes just gotta make the best out of what she has but its not like that, its deeper than that, its like im craving the stuff that completes me, im not explaining it well, its not like i just want a good life, i want MY life, like it fits my soul?? if that makes sense. like, i NEED it. and i think i had depression before, but i wasnt sure, like i did loads of online tests which came out severe and i talked to my friends loads about it but it was like because im an analytical person i saw both sides, like i saw what i was feeling and i FELT like i was depressed, but at the same time i saw the outsiders viewpoint that i wasnt i was just overreacting and that made me think that maybe i was subconsciously answering the online tests with higher marks than i actually was but anyway i didnt see anyone and i think it went away but then it came back and i dont know if its gone or not but i reckon it has (but then again im not sure...) and also have issues with self-harming and suicide and fits and nowadays im questioning my existence and stuff...i had/have problems with school and home and basically my entire life...i think i mentally block things out like a lot of the bad stuff thats happened to me i cant actually remember...but like all of these feelings inside of me i wont go into them now but it hurts SO UNBEARABLY MUCH i know im sad :P but like ive grown up a lot recently like im so way more mature now than i was and i look at life from a different perspective and im really deep about stuff now... and so what im feeling now is really weird i cant explain it im like...numb?? PEOPLE WHO HAVE READ TWILIGHT, I AM SCARILY LIKE BELLA :P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P like, i also have the choice between pain and being numb, and i am numb. im kind of...well, not feeling it, because i can tell the feelings are there, but they are seriously suffocated, so the pain is...bearable?? and like, all these feelings and stuff i have, they NEVER go away, i mean, there are always there, in the back of my head, all day, and even if im having a good time or whatever, or doing something nice, i know they are there, they never leave me alone, i can feel them in the back of my head, and i never get any peace, even though the numbness stops the pain. but sometimes i just feel like im going to explode...and oh yeah i keep feeling like im going to collapse, i cant really explain it, maybe if i say fall on the floor and have extreme pain then die?? or just die straight out?? i dunno lol...but even though im numb, everything still gets on top of me to the point of being unbearable. and i keep having urges to like just jump off a cliff or something. and loads of normal things in everyday life, or just the scenery outside the car, remind me of all of this. and i think i have exhaustion, i feel like collapsing from that too, and my sleeping patterns are completely reversed, like i wont go to bed till REALLY late then wake up in the afternoon. i am generally a nocturnal person but i wonder if this has something to do with anything? and i try not to talk to anyone about it, because i dont want to put all my insignificant stupid stuff onto them, when they will already have their own stuff to worry about and i know im a stupid attention-seeking overreacting selfish eejit. i am (it cut off) the worst person alive. cant remember what else i wrote... but to everyone who bothered to read it and replied sincerely, i ferverently thank you. to all the people who replied differently, i probably agree. xx

so me and this girl had been friends . along with my other friend, we made up a group of 3 and we used to tell each other everything until that girl blew it out of proportions . it all started when she began to hang out with these people tat everyone considered cool . she started ignoring me and my other friend and taknig us for granted . soon, she started making up excuses as to why she doesn't want to hang out with us . then she goes around telling people out secrets. eventually shet old the popular kids' secrets too and started to become hated. later when she found out that this dude liked me , she started becoming friends with me again and then out of no where she tells me she likes him and she starts to mess things up between us by trying to make him feel guilty for not accepting her feelings . she even goes as far as to try to commit suicide because he won't like her and she tells me in detail how she feels about him knowing damn well i like him too. i was about to strangle the bitch but i knew better to keep my composure . she started going all emo and started being depressed and now no one likes her . this summer she claimed she's changed and she tries to be all nice and wants to be friends with me again but i don't wanna have anything to do with that whore . how do i drop her ? any good , destructive ways ?

Resolved Question: Why should l continue to go to church?
when l come to accept Christ eleven years ago, l came with the full idea of changing my life around for the best. l started reading the bible daily (read the bible ten times). started working at missions, and churches and in all honesty, I come to hate working for the church because of a lot of things l have witness to that l know God would not approve of. Mostly preachers misleading the church, stealing from the poor, twisting the word of God around to satisfy people as well as themselves. I am writing a book title the truth shall make me free and one of the reasons l came into yahoo answers, because l wanted to get material for my second book l plan on writing next year. l am one to ask a lot of questions because l believe the only way to really get to know people and life in general is by asking questions. I was once an atheist who tried suicide seven times and even though people may think I'm a nut in which I don't care, I have had conversations with God and no this is not all in my mind. l have witness and seen many of miracles outside the church, miracles l can promise you, scientist do not have an answer for. I had stopped going to church for the fact is, I can worship and praise God any where. As far as the people in the church, no offense, but what in the world would l want to sit in a church building full of hypocrites who play the church roll on sunday and wednesday and as soon as they are out the door, their sheep clothing is no longer needed. Jesus may have come for the sick, but when you have been sick for fifty years, you are no longer sick, you are now insane. When l do wrong, I go to the father and l confess my wrong. l do not make excuses for my sins but l learn to avoid it. l am out here daily among the lost and l have witness to a lot of the people who are struggling with their walk. l have seen more people come to accept Christ outside of the four walls. l asked a few preacher, if you had to give a percent of how many people in your church would make it to heaven what would that percent be. the lowest was 5% the highest was 12%. l can do the will of the Lord outside the church. As far as the church as a group, l want to be around real people, not insane people. sorry. l would rather deal with the world then to deal with those who are playing church. amen.

Open Question: Question for people who have mental health problems: do you ever wish you were WORSE instead of better?
I'm 16 and had weirdly high anxiety since I was born. (I'm also dyspraxic.) When I was aged 13 to about 6 months ago, a LOT of bad, crazy stuff happened, and it traumatised me really badly because I was so sensitive. I had a nervous breakdown and got put on prozac. I'm up to 30mg now. I do drugs, drink and cut a lot. I've attempted suicide once but survived. I tell my psychologist all the stupid, crazy self destructive things I do, and I tell my parents a lot of it too. Nobody seems to care. My parents didn't take my knives away or stop me drinking or seeing my best friend, even after I TOLD them the friend was selling me weed and pills. I told my psych about the suicide attempt and she barely even commented on it. I'm not an attention seeker. My dream is to be 100% healthy again and live a happy life. That's never going to happen though, and because my mental illness is kind of minor compared to serious ones like bipolar or schitzophrenia, I feel like nobody cares that much about helping me. They're happy just to let me carry on struggling to live normally with my 'illness' just as long as I'm no hassle to anyone else. I'm no hassle, I just spend time every day planning suicide. That doesn't hurt anyone else though so nobody cares. I don't have an excuse, I'm not CRAZY I'm just not as sane as other people. I wish I was bipolar or had split personalities or something so somebody would care about me and try and help me, instead of leaving me to live a depressing half life where I'm scared almost all the time. Sometimes I wish I'd get sectioned under the mental health act and had to be in hospital for the rest of my life. If I was somewhere like a hospital I'd feel safe, and probably not as crazy as well. I don't want to have to deal with reality. I don't want to be treated the same as sane people, like I'm in their group, but just not as good as them because there's a fault with my brain. That's too much pressure. I don't want responsibility for myself anymore. I want to go back to where I was when I had my breakdown, and all I had to do was lie in bed and try to stop myself screaming randomly. Am I just a totally insensitive, ignorant bitch? Or do lots of you not-so-mental mentally ill people sometimes feel the same?

Voting Question: I wanna die, but I don't know, should I just leave?
I am having MAJOR suicidal thoughts, i want to die. my parents don't care about me... after 6 years and 4 doctors, they still don't get it that i am bipolar. im crying right now, 2 months ago i had a doc's appointment after a whole year of suffering. i finally thought i was going to get proper help. the doctor seemed nice, he helped and prescribed some powerful medicine as other medicine caused me to relapse and such. so my dads insurance requires some mail in stuff to get meds. so i come home and explain what the doctor told me, its seriousness... my dad just looks at me. i tell i tell him i need these meds ASAP and he tells me "one week is not going to kill you" so i wait for him to get it done. during this time im suffering a bad manic episode. a week passes nothing, i sit down my parents explain the whole thing again and how this is so serious and that i really need the meds. my mom and dad tell me how they are going to get working on that the next day, and they say they are so sorry and bullshit like that. so i don't feel like literally bothering them everyday, plus i get angry a lot right now, so i avoid them. so now, i put it up to faith, checking the mail box everyday, 2 weeks pass, same BS, I start flipping out now. I decide to go back to the doc, and my dad ******** KNOWS the appointment is saturday and my mom and dad instead go to the mall with my brothers. i call them and they turn the tables on me that its my fault i didn't tell them i had a doc's appointment.... so i just say **** it and leave it there. That was 2 weeks ago. I got a new appointment september 10. The thing is, its been 6-7 weeks altogether since the meds were prescribed, and my parents really don't give a ****. honestly if i knew how to work all the things necessary for my dads insurance, i would have done it myself. its like my parents always have an excuse "oh dad had to work" "we took your brothers to the library" they are always busy with this and that, and i understand how busy they can get, but can't they put stuff on hold for a day and take care of me? since about a week ago, its like im in a very bad mixed episodes, all the feelings of depression are there all the racing thoughts/anger/jumpiness are here. I feel like committing suicide right now, but i dont want to die, should i steal a few thousand from my dad along with my 2 thousand and just leave the state? i told my parents im very suicidal and having homicidal thoughts, here is there response "ohhhhhhh. whhhyyy are you having suuuch bad suicidal thoughts, dont worry about it" i dont know what to do..... i even lost my girlfriend.....which i thought was going somewhere...... My parents don't even say anything to me anymore.. they just stare at me when i would come downstairs and stuff, that's why i keep to myself now.....
